Joshua Botnick has listed several studio apartments in the Koreatown neighborhood, and all have reduced rents, a rarity, especially considering that these units are in good shape and in a decent neighborhood.

Here's a look at one of them, 932 Mariposa, being offered $1495.

We also have a few new units from John Adem, most in Tujunga, but one in Glendale. Here's the Glendale unit, two bedrooms, two baths, at 1156 N. Raymond, at $2495.

1156 Raymond, a startlingly uninspiring photo--the real thing has to be better than the photos. The key here--it's Glendale, good schools, good shopping, convenient freeways.
