Voucher Only Units

LAFH Housing Locations receives dozens of units every week from Landlords who are looking for clients with permanent housing subsidies-- this can include HACLA, LACDA, VASH, Brilliant Corners, HOM INC and more-- but are not always listed on our website due to volume of new units available, and scarcity of vouchers in hand amongst our clients. We have designed this blog to highlight units that are best fit for permanent housing subsidies only, in order to quickly provide you with ALL available housing options if you are currently working with clients who have received any form of permanent housing subsidy (HACLA, LACDA, VASH, Brilliant Corners, HOM INC...)

Please know that voucher clients should also be eligible for ALL units listed on the LAFH website which accept other subsidies such as TLS and Problem Solving, work with just earned income, etc,- so please feel free to browse our 'Find Housing' tab to a see all units your client may be eligible for in addition to those provided below.
